Unlimited Usage Policy

“Unlimited” usage policy and definitions refer to certain shared or web hosting accounts that may be offered.

Disk Space, Bandwidth and Data Transfer

Needava Solutions Customers are provided access to unlimited disk space, bandwidth and data transfer. Essentially then, you are allowed to use whatever disk space and bandwidth deemed necessary for your web hosting needs. In most of Needava Solutions shared and reseller web hosting plans, there is no upward limit on the amount of resources a single customer is allowed to use with respect to their web hosting. In connection to these terms, Needava Solutions does every reasonable commercial effort to give its customers with the storage, bandwidth, and data transfer resources necessary to make their websites functional, as long as the customer’s use of Needava Solutions’ services adheres to our Terms of Service. We aimto make the resources you require available for a typical website that may encounter periods of growth, which may bring forth to increasing demands for resources (such as disk space storage or data transfer) without being subject to additional hosting charges.

What is acceptable and appropriate usage?

Needava Solutions web hosting is continuously investing in technology and support features. Our web hosting solution is particularly designed to deliver the web hosting needs of small and independently owned and operated businesses and organizations anywhere in the world. Since you will be hosting your website with hundreds of others on our servers in a virtual community, our offers are really not designated to support enterprise level or large company requirements. For that matter, we are recommending to purchase at least a virtual private server or dedicated server solution.

Needava Solutions web hosting is a shared web hosting service, which basically means that several customers’ websites are hosted within the same server environment. To make sure that our hosting is first-class, reliable, and available to all customers within that server community, an individual customer’s website usage cannot have adverse affects to the performance of other customers’ sites. We closely monitor our servers 24/7/365 and in no means can one customer negatively affect the performance of that server. If this happens, we will take preventative measures to make sure that the entire community is protected.

Finally, our web hosting service is designed to host websites, not to backup or serve as storage facility for users’ data. It is strictly prohibited to use your web hosting account mainly as an online storage space for archiving electronic files and images. Our servers are strictly for web hosting usage only.

What is unlimited?

  • Unlimited disk space: Create a website as large as you like, hundreds or thousands of web pages; you will not incur any penalty for exceeding any upper or ceiling limit. However, please recognize that there are many other users on your server and developing a website very large too fast will affect and slow down the performance of that server, as using too many server resources will unfavourably impact other customers on that server. We will put some restrictions on how fast you can grow that website and keep an eye on the server resources closely. The greater part of our customers’ sites grow at rates well within our rules, however, and will not be strongly affected.
  • Unlimited bandwidth and data transfer: Needava Solutions has no limits set on the amount of visitor traffic a website can receive or on the amount of content a customer can upload to their website in any given month. Needava Solutions’ bandwidth and data transfer charges are all inclusive; there are clearly no additional fees in relation to increased use of bandwidth, considering that the customer adheres to the Terms of Service. This rule only takes effect when you utilize excess server processing power that causes negative effects to the performance of the server and results to a bad customer experience in that server community. Minimizing the impact on an individual server’s processing power is crucial to the overall performance on that server. In the vast majority of cases, if you use the web hosting service appropriately, visitors to your website will be able to view, download, and add as much content from your site as they wish. However, in particular circumstances, our server processing power, server memory, or anti-abuse controls could constrict downloads or access from your site. Violators to the aforementioned rule will not be tolerated. You can upload all the content that you need each month subject to the rules as stated above.
  • Unlimited hosting space but excessive MySQL files: On most Needava Solutions shared and reseller plans, there are no limits set on the amount of disk space or data transfer permissible for an individual customer account, nor do we impose additional fees according to an increased amount of usage, provided that the customer is compliant with our Terms of Service. However, Needava Solutions’ services are designed to host websites and as such, we DO NOT provide unlimited space for online storage, backups, or the archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, etc., and such activity shall consequent to the termination of the customer’s account(s) without notice. In addition, accounts with an extraordinarily large number of files can have an adverse effect on server performance. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts with an unreasonable number of MySQL/PostgreSQL tables, or of a database size that may cause negative impacts to the performance of our servers. Needava Solutions may demand that the number of files/nodes, database tables or total database usage be reduced to make sure proper performance for all customers on that server, or we may terminate the customers account, with our without notice.
  • Unlimited domain hosting: Most Needava Solutions shared and reseller plans do not place an upper limit to the number of domains that can be associated with a customer’s web hosting account.
